Workshop Review

ECP, LBNL, Shenzhen IBR and CERC co-organized a full-day workshop in Shenzhen Low-Carbon town on January 22nd, 2018. The workshop was attended by more than 60 individuals from U.S. and Chinese government and research institutes, Chinese provinces and municipalities, and U.S. companies. Four Chinese provinces/cities attended the workshop, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Gansu, and Shandong, and share their low carbon plans and potential project opportunities. More than 30 US industry players from 10 US companies attended and shared their technologies/solution and products for low carbon city and net zero building projects.

ECP has been promoting sustainable low carbon green city and green building since 2012. In 2017, ECP worked with USTDA launched a Energy Cooperation Program City Workshop Series in China.  In 2017, three city workshops had been delivered, in Shenyang, beijing and Xi An.
