U.S.-China Public Sector Energy Performance Contracting Training Seminar is to be held in Beijing on 11.15. This EPC training seminar is co-hosted by China National Development and Reform Commission and the U.S. Department of Energy with support from the China Quality Certification Centre, the U.S.-China Energy Cooperation Program, and the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.
