GE Energy has eleven facilities in China, which are either joint ventures or wholly-owned. They include a gas turbine parts manufacturing facility and a wind turbine assembly facility in Shenyang, a gas turbine service center in Qinhuangdao, a machinery and engine assembly facility in Hangzhou, an environmental services assembly and production facility, a control solutions operation center, a power transmission equipment and a breakers manufacturing facilities and petroleum equipment manufacturer in Shanghai, a water treatment equipment plant in Wuxi, and a sensing and inspection equipment plant in Changzhou.
