Dear ECP Nuclear Working Group colleagues (on bcc),

 

Hope you are enjoying this extremely hot summer Beijing.

 

With the great support from USG and Chinese partners, and great leadership from Westinghouse, before all kids go to school, we would like to call for participants and volunteers for a fantastic nuclear education party, “Nuclear Energy Through Kids’ Eyes”, on August 28 (Monday) afternoon, 14:00-17:00, at the Basketball Court near the National Convention Center in Beijing.  For more details, please see below program overview.  We would like to

  • Invite 50 families to participate the "Nuclear Energy Through Kid's Eyes" painting and auction program to promote nuclear energy knowledge and awareness for children and to help build school facility for children in developing regions.
  • Call for 10 volunteers for on-site support to this program.

Theme: Nuclear Energy Through Kids’ Eyes

  • Auction.  The money collected from the paint work will be used for building a school kitchen for left-behind children in Guizhou Province.
